These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and the purchase of products including Spider-Man and other superhero inspired masks, props and suits. By accessing our site and or making a purchase, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

General Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian to use this site.
  • You agree not to use this website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Product Information and Disclaimer

  • Our products are fan made, handmade items not original from movie production. Inspired by popular superhero characters such as Spider-Man, Deadpool and many more.
  • We are not affiliated with or licensed by Marvel, Disney, or any associated brand.
  • All product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may differ slightly in color due to lighting.

Order Acceptance and Cancellations

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Custom Product

  • Most of our products are custom-made upon order.
  • Custom sizes, colors, or features are made according to the specifications you provide at checkout.
  • Please ensure all custom measurements and details are accurate. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect input from the buyer.
  • Customers can add notes if they need something on the product before checkout.

Payment Terms

  • We accept payments via PayPal, credit/debit cards, and other secure platforms.
  • Full payment is required before production begins.
  • All prices are listed in USD and may exclude shipping and taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Customers can pay for their suit in three monthly installments. Production begins only after full payment is completed, and installment orders enter the queue only after full payment orders are processed or after the second installment, as full payment orders have priority.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship worldwide using trusted courier services like DHL, EMS, and others.
  • Estimated shipping time varies by location and method chosen during checkout.
  • You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred in your country.
  • Delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure are outside our control.

Returns, Refunds & Exchange

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
  • If the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:Order number and Clear photos of the issue.
  • For quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes, an unboxing video must be recorded by the customer upon receiving the package. The video must clearly show the unopened parcel, the opening process, and the contents inside.
  • If a return or replacement is approved, the item must be returned in unused condition at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

Dispute Resolution

  • We aim to resolve all issues promptly and professionally. Please contact our support team before opening any disputes.
  • For purchases made via PayPal or other platforms, we will provide all necessary documents including order confirmations, communication, and photos to support our case.
  • In cases where PayPal makes a final decision, we will honor and comply with the result of the PayPal resolution process.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on our website  including images, descriptions, and product designs  is owned by or licensed to primenous-studio.com.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content or products is strictly prohibited.
  • We respect third-party IP rights. Any similarities to licensed characters are unintentional fan interpretations, and not official replicas.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  • Costumes and masks are intended for personal or cosplay use only. They are not safety certified for stunt or performance use.
  • Users wear our products at their own risk.

After-Sales Service

We offer one-time free repair service for your suit within 30 days of delivery in the case of:

  • Minor stitching issues.
  • Small fabric tears.
  • Detached webbing, accessories or emblems.

This repair service does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or modifications made by the buyer.
  • Full reworks, size adjustments, or complete replacements.

The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us and custom tax for repair (we will cover the cost of return shipping after repair).

Privacy and Data Use

  • We only collect personal data necessary for processing and fulfilling orders.
  • Your payment data is processed securely by third-party payment processors; we do not store or have access to your card details.

User Experience Conduct

        You agree:

  • Not to upload viruses or malicious code.
  • Not to interfere with the operation or security of the site.
  • Not to impersonate other users or provide false information.
